Hello, my name is Kayleigh and I am the founder of Enchant Dance Academy (EDA). I have 12+ years of dance experience which includes training, performing, choreographing and undertaking various teaching qualifications. I trained at a professional level for 3 years with industry experts on a full time course, gaining my BA Honours Degree. I have taught at dance schools, theatre schools, colleges and have experience working with SEND students. My choreography has been shown at various theatres including Sadlers Wells, Brighton Dome and Worthing Pavillion, as well as charity galas and community events. 

 

Growing up, I completed in dance exams across a variety of genres, performing in shows and participated in competitions including All England Dance (AED). ​

 

My hope for Enchant Dance Academy (EDA) is to continue to build a thriving and safe/supportive dance community, that provides enjoyable and challenging classes, with a focus on self expression, dance technique and performance skills. I look forward to putting on shows using the amazing stage at The Shoreham Centre.

 

Performing in shows is such a fun experience for children and teenagers, it builds their confidence and provides a lovely opportunity for the students to make lifelong memories. 

 

The most rewarding part of teaching comes from seeing the breakthrough moments when a student masters a new combination; that joy is truly magical!
