What we do
The documents our teachers work to, published so you can read them rather than ask for them.
These are written for our staff and volunteers rather than for parents, and they are published as written — what you read is what a teacher in the studio is bound to do. If anything in them raises a question, email contact@enchantdanceacademy.com.
- Health and safety
The checks before a class, what happens if a child is hurt, first aid and consent to it, the fire procedure, and who may collect a child.
- Safeguarding
How we protect children from harm — DBS checks, recognising abuse, what a teacher does if a child tells them something, and who a concern is reported to.
The rest of what we publish
Two more documents sit alongside these, and unlike the policies they describe this website rather than the studio. The privacy notice covers what we do with your information and your child's, and the terms and conditions cover fees, accounts and what we ask of families.
