Where to order

Uniform is ordered through our supplier's shop. Everything is sized and priced there, and it is delivered to your home address.

Why we wear uniform

The set uniform is an essential part of every lesson, and students are expected to wear the correct uniform for their chosen classes. This is the same uniform worn for some performances, helping students feel prepared and confident. The correct uniform also plays an important role in safety and development, allowing teachers to clearly observe and correct students’ posture, alignment and technique throughout each class. In addition, wearing a consistent uniform promotes professionalism, a sense of belonging, unity and equality, creating a positive and focused learning environment for all students. Hair should be slicked back in a neat bun with pins and a hair net to keep the hair from falling out.

What to order

What your child needs for their class is on the classes page, under What to wear.

We have tried to make our uniform as inclusive as we can however, we are limited by what our suppliers offer. Our Leotards are double lined, our tights are 70 denier, our Ballet Shoes are specifically designed for growing feet and our Tap Shoes have proper teletones for good sound quality and anti-slip rubber to prevent slips in the studio.

Sizes and delivery

Please review the size guidelines on the uniform website for each item and take measurements to ensure that the item will fit. If you feel that your dancer is between sizes, we recommend ordering both sizes to try on. Please email us if you would like us to check the fit of any items and we can arrange this. Items are ordered through our suppliers and will be delivered to your home address.

Returns

Uniform is bought from our supplier at adb.mydancestore.co.uk, so a return is with them and their returns policy applies. Please read it before you order — we cannot refund or exchange something we did not sell you.

Anything you buy from Miss Kayleigh in person is different again: speak to her directly. What is bought on this website is a place — a term in a class, or a place on a holiday camp — and the terms page covers both.
